76 Frobisher Street – Packaging Facility & Cold Storage
Zera Projects recently completed the design phase of a packaging and processing facility located in Osborne Park and are on track to commence with construction shortly. The project requires multiple stages in the construction sequence to maintain public access to the front-of-house shop during construction & handover of key areas before project completion. Key tasks will include installing two custom walkthrough blast freezers and design, engineering & installation of the structural plant & equipment decks on the roof. The facility will feature cold storage rooms with real-time monitoring & reporting and custom-designed blast freezing technology, ensuring state-of-the-art packaging and processing capabilities.
